What is your return policy?

All shortages and damages must be reported to OESC within 48 hours. We will come and pick up your item and exchange it. 20% restocking fee may apply.

What is the minimum order?

There is no minimum! Order 1 case of paper- we will deliver it. Order 50 cases- we will deliver it! Same day delivery is not guaranteed- but it is what we aim for!
